What We’re Looking For: Licensed Physical Therapist - you must hold a valid license in the state of Michigan. Experience - while a minimum of one year in home health care is preferred, we’re open to fresh perspectives and new talent! Team Player - you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with patients and families effectively. Compassionate Caregiver - a genuine desire to help others and promote their independence is vital. Self-Starter - the ability to work autonomously, manage your own schedule, and track patient progress is key.
