Description No On-Call, Weekends or Holidays Eye Center of Central Georgia, an affiliate of Eye Health America, is a growing, multi-specialty ophthalmology practice. We are always seeking great people who aren't just searching for a job but looking to make a difference. We are seeking a PRN RN for our Surgery Center in Macon, GA. The RN will assist with the daily operations of the OR to include but not limited to: Pre-op, Circulating, PACU, Discharge, Chart Prep, Phone Calls, and Obtaining Surgical Clearances. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current, unencumbered GA state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN). Current BLS/ACLS certification. A minimum of two (2) years of medical/surgical experience is preferred. Previous ASC experience in ophthalmology is a plus. Must enjoy a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will support the daily functions of the Surgery Center's Operating Room, which includes managing pre-operative care, circulating during surgery, post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) duties, and patient discharge procedures. Responsibilities also cover chart preparation, handling phone communications, and securing necessary surgical clearances.
