Company Description Hourly Wage: $44/hr Status: This is a PRN, Per Required Need (“On-Call”) position Shift: We have 8-hour shifts. Our greatest need is for the PMs & Overnight shifts. Start Date: ASAP, we have a new employee orientation class starting soon. Orientation note: Our New Employee Orientation classes are held on Wednesday’s from 10:30-4pm. You will be expected to attend the full session. A little more about our center: Community Care Center is an inner city SNF with a diverse population of geriatrics (long and short term) as well as behavioral health. This close-knit team is welcoming and always willing to jump in to help when you need it. Job Description PRN (Per Required Need) / On-Call Position This is an as-needed, on-call role with no guaranteed hours. Minimum Availability Requirements: Commitment to at least two (2) weekend shifts per month (Saturday and/or Sunday) Intermittent weekday availability as needed Flexibility to work Day, PM, and NOC shifts (PMs and NOCs are most needed) Availability to work some holidays Availability to attend a Wednesday New Employee Orientation Additional Details: Shifts may be scheduled in advance or offered with short notice No guaranteed hours No benefits or insurance offered for PRN status Non-union position Qualifications Floor Nurse: We will consider a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for this role.
