Rewarding work with growth opportunities What You’ll Do Help with daily living tasks like bathing, dressing, meals, and grooming Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support Assist with medications and track health needs Support fun outings, community involvement, and social events Follow individualized care plans and behavior support plans Keep clear and accurate documentation Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment Stay calm and take action during emergencies or crisis situations Work closely and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and families Flexible Scheduling Details Mandatory Orientation/Training: 2 consecutive weeks, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ? After Training – YOU Choose: Pick from open shifts based on your availability Perfect for those needing a schedule that fits around school, another job, or family time Minimum Hours Requirement: Must work at least 30 hours per month to stay active in the PRN role What You’ll Need High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Have your own vehicle CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain during training) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with physical care needs Preferred: Experience working with individuals with disabilities Patience, empathy, and reliability Ability to pass background checks Willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays when needed Can You Meet These Physical Demands?
