  Job Description: •    Provide supervision for residents of 24-hour supportive living facility for persons with severe mental illness. •    Become knowledgeable of all standard licensure to ensure that the facility remains in compliance. •    Perform general housekeeping duties while on shift to maintain cleanliness of facility. •    Preparation of meals for residents (when applicable). Ensure that residents receive meals/snacks on timely basis. •    Monitor medication regime of residents. •    Responsible for documentation regarding events occurring on shift. •    Notify Lead Technician of any problems occurring with residents and/or facility. •    Maintain safe facility environment for residents. •    Maintain confidentiality of all residents. •    Transport residents to applicable recreation/medical/social activities using agency transportation. •    Prompt residents to perform personal hygiene and other daily living activities. •    Prompt residents to keep respective appointments for medical/supportive services. •    Attend staff meetings and training's as scheduled. •    Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Minimum Requirements: Education: •    High School Diploma or G.E.D. Experience: •    Must have (F) Endorsed license; residential experience, some experience working with persons with severe and persistent behavioral issues. CPR and CPI training preferred.
