PRN (as needed) 7:45AM-4:15PM Monday-Friday Atrium Medical Center's Maternal Health Clinic: https://www.premierhealth.com/about-premier/community-involvement/community-service-programs/atrium-maternal-health-clinic The clinical nurse (CN) functions in a multi-faceted role that demonstrates professionalism and promotes excellence in the practice of Nursing. The CN is responsible for maintaining high standards for a caseload of patients as described by the scope of care for the area of practice and demonstrates appropriate actions based on sound scientific research and evidence-based principles. The CN also coordinates/directs care delivered by the interdisciplinary team. The CN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures. The CN provides physical, emotional and spiritual support that directly/indirectly impacts the patient outcomes and care provided to patients/families/significant others. The CN is responsible for knowledge and implementation of the mission, vision and values of Atrium Medical Center. Education: Graduation from accredited school of nursing Licensure: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License Certification: Current CPR certification Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience in Family Practice, OB/GYN, Pediatrics and/or Ambulatory required. Skills/Other: Must be willing to work with acutely ill patients, including emergency situations. Works independently as well as functioning as a team member and charge nurse as assigned. Capable of adapting to changing environment. Practice is consistent with Ohio Board of Nursing standards and regulations.
