Job Details Job Location: Laconia, NH 03246 Position Type: PRN Functional Pathways is currently hiring at Taylor Laconia in Laconia, NH & Taylor Meredith Bay in Meredith, NH for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist. This position will float between the two facilities. Job Summary: SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician. Qualifications Education and Licensure: Must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. ASHA (CCC) Certification or CFY seeking CCC Certification Active state license required.

Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and discharge plan for patients. They will also make revisions to any established plan of care under the supervision of a physician.
