Job Summary: SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician. Qualifications Education and Licensure: Must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. ASHA (CCC) Certification or CFY seeking CCC Certification Active state license required.
Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and discharge plan for residents. They will also make revisions to any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
