We provide comprehensive community-based services that help people thrive while realizing and choosing their goals. We provide opportunities, support and integration within our community. Among the programs and services, we provide are Outpatient Mental Health Centers, Adult and Child Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs, School-Based Therapy, Community Outreach, and Residential Services. Who We Need: We are currently looking for PRN Residential Support Staff to join our Baltimore County team. What We Need: Someone who can be available for various PRN and on call shifts including weekends, overnights and evenings (shifts will vary) Someone who has either experience or education related to the population with whom they shall work and an eagerness to grow in the field. Someone who has knowledge of the DSM and relevant symptoms of the most common diagnosis within the residential programs. Someone who can demonstrate basic proficiency in assessments, treatment planning, advocacy skills and case management skills. Someone who can demonstrate the ability to express themselves well through writing, interpersonal and oral communication skills. Someone who has an understanding and sensitivity to serving culturally diverse and/or special needs population while maintaining patient confidentially. Key Responsibilities Include: Staff are responsible for the comprehensive services offered through on-site and off-site programs. This includes assessment, case management, psycho education, crisis intervention, advocacy, and community liaison. Staff are also responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all documentation such as treatment plans and progress notes. Responsible for medication monitoring and education to support self-dosing of medication. Responsible for teaching community skills including ADLs as needed. Must drive 15 passenger vans. Must have own vehicle. What You Need: High School Degree No experience needed!
