Clinic Address: Tulane Sports Medicine 202 McAlister Extension New Orleans, Louisiana 70118 What You Will Get Direct exposure to patient care under the leadership of a physical therapist Observation hours for PT School/healthcare applications Opportunity for career progression with a nationwide physical therapy practice Your Responsibilities as a Physical Therapy Aide Greet patients and assist patients to treatment area as directed by therapist or therapist assistant Clean treatment room and prepare room for next patient Maintain cleanliness of therapeutic equipment Answer and direct telephone calls Qualifications At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required). Customer Service experience preferred. Year-Round Employment Required – This position requires consistent, ongoing availability throughout the year. We are unable to accommodate seasonal hires who only work during summer and return for breaks. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include supporting patient treatments under licensed clinicians, maintaining clinic flow, cleaning treatment rooms, preparing rooms for the next patient, and occasionally handling front desk duties like answering and directing telephone calls. The aide will also be responsible for greeting patients and assisting them to the treatment area as directed.
