Description The PRN weekend reception will be back-up coverage for our weekend receptionists. Job Responsibilities: Greeting Residents, Residents’ families and friends, salespersons, and other visitors and directing each according to their needs. Maintaining the reception area in a friendly, clean, organized, and professional manner. Answering all incoming telephone calls and making connections with proper persons. Taking messages or forwarding calls to voicemail for Department Heads and Supervisors. Assuring all clerical information worked on at the front desk is kept confidential and secure per Hooverwood and HIPAA policies and guidelines. Responsible for locking/unlocking the front door at designated time. Additional clerical support on a regular basis for the Business Office, Medical Records, Nursing Administration, Human Resources and any other clerical task as assigned by the Front Desk Coordinator Provide clerical support for the facility by using the front desk computer to create Resident Admission Forms, business and thank you letters, and other requested documents or spreadsheets. Requirements Qualifications · Minimum high school degree · Friendly/Customer Service oriented personality · Stable prior work history · Working knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills
