We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual (Arabic-English) Public Relations Officer (PRO) with strong project coordination capabilities for our growing food trade company. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison with UAE government entities, manage company licenses and permits, and coordinate commercial projects such as shop leasing, renovations, and vendor contracting.
Key Responsibilities: PRO Duties
· Handle all documentation and procedures with Civil Defence, Dubai Municipality, DED, and relevant Freezone authorities.
· Process and renew trade licenses, permits, tenancy contracts, health and safety approvals, and other official submissions.
· Maintain strong working relationships with local government departments.
· Ensure legal compliance across all company activities and documentation.
- Project Coordination
· Oversee shop leasing, fit-outs, and contractor management.
· Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources for commercial developments or refurbishments.
· Support procurement of goods and services for operations.
· Track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Operational Support
· Travel between offices and government departments for submissions and inspections.
· Maintain logs and updates of regulatory and commercial progress.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
· Minimum 2 years of experience in PRO or administrative roles in the UAE.
· Thorough knowledge of UAE government systems (Civil Defence, Dubai Municipality, DED, Freezones).
· Familiarity with food trade regulatory requirements is preferred.
· Strong project coordination and multitasking skills.
· Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
