  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Process and manage visa applications (new, renewal, cancellation) for employees and their dependents.
  • Handle Emirates ID applications, medical tests, and other employee-related government procedures.
  • Manage company trade license renewals, updates, and other legal compliance documentation with DED, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, etc.
  • Liaise with government authorities such as MOL, GDRFA, MOHRE, Free Zone Authorities (if applicable), and other regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure all labor and immigration documentation is up to date and maintained as per UAE law.
  • Draft and submit applications for various government approvals, permits, and certificates.
  • Maintain records of all government transactions and ensure timely renewals and updates.
  • Provide support in corporate banking processes (opening accounts, updating records).
  • Assist HR with onboarding procedures by facilitating necessary legal documentation.
  • Keep the management informed of any changes in government laws or procedures.
  • Represent the company during inspections or audits by government authorities.
