WE’RE HIRING: PRO / BUSINESS SETUP ADVISOR
Location: Dubai, UAE

Full-Time | Immediate Start Preferred*
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with company formation in Mainland, Free Zones, and Offshore jurisdictions
* Handle all PRO-related tasks, including license processing, visa applications, Emirates ID, labour cards, medicals, etc.
* Liaise with government authorities: DED, Immigration, MOHRE, Free Zones, Notary, and other departments
* Provide accurate guidance to clients on legal structures, documentation, and timelines
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE laws, visa regulations, and compliance procedures
*Requirements:
* Proven experience in UAE company formation and PRO services (minimum 2 years)
* Excellent knowledge of UAE government processes and documentation
* Strong communication and client-handling skills
* Fluent in English (Arabic or additional language skills are an advantage)
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
