About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Performance and Resilience Optimisation (PRO) Team Acceleration Consultant and Facilitator to join our growing team. This role blends deep coaching expertise, dynamic group facilitation, and commercial acumen. You will lead high-impact programmes that help senior leadership teams operate at their best, individually and collectively, under pressure. You will design and deliver world-class learning and performance-enhancing experiences, facilitate high-stakes workshops, and coach C-suite executives and investment professionals toward measurable, sustained behaviour change. 1. Facilitation & Coaching Design and deliver science-based workshops and keynotes that are interactive, engaging, and transformative, blending cutting-edge research with dynamic facilitation, storytelling, and humour to create a world-class client experience. Translate insights from performance psychology, neuroscience, and leadership research into practical, immediately applicable tools for executives and teams. Create psychologically safe, high-energy learning environments that invite candid dialogue, experimentation, and shared ownership of outcomes. Facilitate high-stakes sessions that build alignment, shared purpose, and collective accountability within senior leadership teams. Apply principles from motivation science and behavioural change research to help leaders translate insight into consistent practice to support the formation of enduring habits that elevate performance and resilience over time. Provide one-on-one coaching to senior leaders, fostering self-awareness, strategic clarity, and performance optimisation under pressure. 2. Program Design & Delivery Co-design bespoke team acceleration programs that integrate diagnostics, behavioural science, and actionable insights. Adapt facilitation methods and content to the specific context, dynamics, and culture of each client team. Continuously refine workshop design, tools, and techniques to ensure Pebl’s programs deliver transformative experiences that meet the highest standards of quality and impact. Incorporate feedback and performance data to improve future sessions and evolve the PRO methodology. 3. Business Development & Relationship Management Represent Pebl with professionalism and authenticity in client conversations, discovery sessions, and executive presentations. Deliver keynote sessions and thought leadership content that demonstrate Pebl’s approach to performance and resilience optimisation. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients that drive measurable results and future partnership opportunities. 4. Project Management Manage timelines, milestones, and outcomes for assigned engagements to ensure seamless program delivery. Collaborate with internal operations to align logistics, communications, and deliverables to Pebl’s standards. Maintain clear documentation, communication, and accountability throughout every stage of program delivery. Desired Qualifications & Experience Significant relevant experience in team facilitation of executive teams, executive coaching, leadership development, or organisational consulting Highly academically qualified. Ideally, a Master’s degree (minimum) in Performance Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Business Psychology, or a related field and/or a professional coaching certification (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent). Outstanding communication and presentation skills. You need to be confident with large groups and in high-stakes environments. Deep understanding of human performance, motivation, and resilience in demanding contexts. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage credibly with C-suite and investor audiences.
