Startex Hub Business Services is looking for an experienced PRO Executive to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day PRO and government-related activities.
• Process and follow up on visa, Emirates ID, medical, labour, immigration, and licensing requirements.
• Handle company formation, license renewals, amendments, and related government procedures.
• Coordinate with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Tasheel, Amer, and other relevant authorities.
• Manage document submissions, approvals, and application follow-ups.
• Ensure all government transactions are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper records of applications, documents, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding PRO requirements.
• Stay updated with UAE government rules, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of PRO experience in the UAE, preferably in a business setup or corporate services company.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and documentation.
• Experience handling mainland and free zone company-related processes is preferred.
• Good knowledge of visa, immigration, labour, and licensing procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines efficiently.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
