Position Summary The Cafe Supervisor is responsible to lead Pro Football Hall of Fame Cafe, creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for all guests dining in the café, fostering a positive work environment and teamwork for the café team, while overseeing food preparation and product inventory. Pro Football Hall of Fame Cafe is open to guests Monday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Day-To-Day Responsibilities Oversee daily café operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Ensure high standard of service and quality and an efficient workflow. Promote a fun elevated “football-style” experience for the guests. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering food and kitchen supplies to ensure availability of menu items. Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including dining areas, kitchen and storage spaces. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety. Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and dining areas to uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Train staff on 'wow' guest experiences, menu preparation and food safety practices ensuring adherence to all relevant policies. Work closely with the hospitality team for team scheduling and training, developing menu items, promotions and special events. And more! Are you up for the challenge? Supervisory experience within the food and beverage industry, with responsibility for leading a team and kitchen operations. Strong work ethic and ability to provide a welcoming guest and team experience. Open and flexibility availability. Passion for people and football!
