Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide clerical and administrative support.
  • Maintain and update employee records (hard and digital copies).
  • Support the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Help prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Track employee attendance, leave records, and prepare basic HR reports.
  • Support the HR Manager with employee engagement and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide relevant information or escalate to HR Manager.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and activities.
