Description
Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide clerical and administrative support.
Maintain and update employee records (hard and digital copies).
Support the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Help prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Track employee attendance, leave records, and prepare basic HR reports.
Support the HR Manager with employee engagement and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Respond to employee queries and provide relevant information or escalate to HR Manager.
Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and activities.
Candidates currently in UAE and ready to join immediately are preferred.
