Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO) & Government Documents Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team at MADO Restaurant who will be the responsible of handling all government-related processes, such as trade license renewals, employee visa applications, and other official documentation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in public relations, and strong organizational abilities to manage government documentation efficiently. You will play a key role in enhancing MADO’s reputation and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant through timely and accurate documentation processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or communications, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Familiarity with the local regulatory environment, including trade licenses, employee visas, and work permits.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all external and internal communications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address any issues related to public relations or government documentation.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage paperwork and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is an advantage.
Responsibilities

GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS COORDINATION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process and manage all necessary government documentation, including the renewal of the restaurant’s trade license, permits, and other required legal documents.
  • Coordinate the processing of employee visas, work permits, and other essential documentation for new and existing staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records of all government-related documents and ensure timely submission to the relevant authorities.
  • Stay up to date with local regulations and compliance requirements to ensure that MADO adheres to all legal obligations.
  • Liaise with government agencies to handle official matters, including inspections and certifications.
  • Assist in the processing of health card applications, labor permits, and any other employee-related government documentation.
  • Ensure that all deadlines for document renewals and submissions are met in a timely manner.
