We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to both the public relations and administrative functions of the company, ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication with clients and Employees

Key Responsibilities:

  • Public Relations Support: Handle tasks related to governmental services such as visa applications, labor contracts, visa renewals, family visas, Emirates ID applications, and other administrative tasks.
  • Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and projects are executed smoothly.
  • Coordination: Liaise with the sales team and clients during project execution to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
  • Office Administration: Assist in the overall administration of the company, ensuring that all office operations run efficiently and all documentation is up to date.

Job Specification:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Knowledge of Government Services: Thorough understanding of government services, including but not limited to Tasheel, Amer, DED (Dubai Economic Department), labor laws, immigration procedures, and visa applications.
  • Experience: Proven experience in handling new labor contracts, visa processing (application, renewal, cancellation), Emirates ID typing, and family visa applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with digital platforms related to governmental services and good command of Microsoft Office applications.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Depends on the interview.
  • Incentives & Bonuses: You will be eligible for periodic incentives and bonuses, with more details provided during the interview.
