Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

JOB OVERVIEW

Abul Hashem Group is seeking a dependable and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes, legal documentation, and dispute resolution matters. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and general legal matters, with proven experience handling disputes with labor authorities, tenants, and government bodies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration regulations, and general legal practices
  • Experience in dispute resolution with government departments and tenants
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters with integrity
Responsibilities
  • Process and renew employment visas, labor cards, Emirates IDs, and other official documents.
  • Ensure timely renewals of trade licenses, tenancy contracts, and employee documents.
  • Represent the company at immigration, labor departments, municipality, and other government authorities.
  • Handle and resolve disputes with labor departments, tenants, and government entities professionally and efficiently.
  • Advise management on general UAE laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain organized records of all official documentation, approvals, and legal correspondence.
  • Liaise with legal representatives and government stakeholders as required.
