Description

SESC Group is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HR Assistant / Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support our Human Resources and Government Relations functions. This hybrid role is vital for ensuring full legal compliance with UAE labour laws and public regulations, while also providing operational HR support, especially in areas of onboarding, employee documentation, and visa processing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all visa, labour, and immigration-related procedures, assisting with HR administrative tasks, and maintaining timely communication with government departments including MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, and other relevant bodies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (MOFA-attested preferred)
  • Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in a similar HR/Admin/PRO role
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour and immigration laws, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Advance level MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 document control and HR administrative best practices
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both internal and external coordination

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background in government liaison or legal services related to employment
  • Knowledge of MoHRE’s company classification system
  • Previous experience with onboarding systems and interview scheduling
Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE & COMPLIANCE DUTIES

  • Collaborate with the Accounts Department to assist with corporate tax registration, VAT updates, and compliance as required.
  • Organise and maintain digital and hardcopy HR documents in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards for document control and revision tracking.
  • Maintain company’s organization chart and update official government records as necessary.
  • Ensure the company’s MoHRE classification is monitored and reported as part of regulatory risk management.
