Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with THD store teams, fulfillment, and management to ensure smooth execution of large orders and special requests, delivering “white-glove” service. Promote PRO Services & Tools * Educate customers on THD’s PRO tools and programs, including: * PEAK Quote Center Tiered Pricing Program * Pro Xtra Loyalty Program * Job site delivery * Credit and financing options * Digital tools for procurement and project management Qualifications * 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, building materials, or home improvement. * Strong understanding of contractor workflows and project timelines. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client visits. Preferred * Previous experience selling to or working with PRO customers at a big-box retailer or distributor (e.g., Home Depot, Lowe’s, ABC Supply, Beacon, Builders FirstSource). * Existing network in the local contractor community. * Bilingual (English/Spanish/French) a plus. Why Join Us * Competitive base salary $70,000-$80,000 plus performance-based bonus. * Company vehicle or vehicle allowance for field work. * Industry-leading training and tools. * Career growth opportunities with a national retail leader.
