JOB SUMMARY

Barbosa Balm Beach Golf Club is looking for a welcoming and dedicated individual to join our team as a Pro Shop Associate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, and an interest in golf to deliver an exceptional golfing experience for all customers.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

• Experience in retail and customer service;
• Experience working on a golf course is considered an asset;
• Excellent verbal and written communication;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Smart Serve Licence;
• Secondary School Diploma.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner;
• Process sales transactions accurately on the system;
• Maintain an organized and clean pro shop environment;
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking of shelves and tracking product availability;
• Perform opening and closing duties;
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations;
• Utilize basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide change as needed;
• Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks during busy periods;
• Additional duties as assigned.
