· Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably within the real estate or development sector.
· Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and free zone/mainland regulations.
· Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
· Strong networking and relationship-building skills with government entities.
· High attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
· Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
· Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join Genova Real Estate Development. The PRO will be responsible for handling all government-related matters, ensuring compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws, and managing official documentation for the company and its employees. This role requires strong knowledge of UAE regulations and excellent organizational skills to support smooth business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage all government-related documentation, including visas, work permits, labor contracts, Emirates ID, and renewals.
· Liaise with government entities such as the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, DED, RERA, Municipality, and other regulatory authorities.
· Ensure timely processing of trade licenses, tenancy contracts, Ejari, and real estate-related approvals.
· Keep track of deadlines for license renewals, visa expirations, and regulatory compliance requirements.
· Support employees in the processing of official documents such as medical tests, Emirates ID, and residency visas.
· Maintain accurate records of all government-related transactions and ensure confidentiality of company documents.
· Handle notarization, attestation, and legalization of documents when required.
· Stay updated with UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and real estate regulations to ensure full compliance.
· Represent the company professionally in all interactions with government officials and authorities.
