We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join Heritage Portfolio, an inspiring sub-segment of Sodexo Live!, renowned for delivering world-class catering and unforgettable event experiences at some of Britain’s most iconic cultural landmarks.
In this pivotal role, you’ll take the lead on driving new business growth across Scotland, using a strategic and creative approach to exceed ambitious sales targets. You’ll represent Heritage Portfolio at high-profile venues and events, build a dynamic sales pipeline, grow our market share, and nurture key accounts—all while delivering exceptional service and showcasing our brand with pride.

Responsibilities
  • Achievement of financial sales targets and KPIs
  • Research and identify new sales leads with potential to generate business at HPL Scotland venues
  • Maintain a strong presence within the Edinburgh MICE market through client meetings, entertaining, presentations, site visits, FAMs, industry exhibitions, and networking events
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy and action plan to attract new business to Scotland venues
  • Record and report ROI for all sales activities conducted
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and effectively manage the sales process
  • Build relationships with key city partners to obtain referrals and collaborate on sales initiatives
  • Conduct regular regional travel across the portfolio, including visits to client offices, trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales activitie
