KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Proactive Sourcing & Engagement: Develop and execute data-informed multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract top-tier passive talent.
• Demand Plan Alignment: Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned to future hiring forecasts and predictive demand plans.
• Live Requisition Fulfilment: Deliver sourcing support for live roles, ensuring high-quality candidate flow for hard-to-fill or low-response vacancies.
• Candidate Experience: Create a personalised, consistent candidate journey with timely, consultative communication.
• Diversity & Inclusive Sourcing: Champion inclusive practices and ensure balanced pipelines.
• Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to Recruiters, sharing market insights and candidate intelligence.
• Data & Process Excellence: Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and sourcing best practices in all systems.

Working in close alignment with the Recruiter, the Proactive Sourcer is responsible for identifying and engaging top passive talent. The role operates across two core sourcing streams:
Live Requisition Support – sourcing high-quality candidates in response to live roles where inbound channels are insufficient.
Strategic Talent Community Build – sourcing talent aligned to forecasted hiring needs and predictive demand plans.
This role is future-focused and strategic, but also hands-on. Proactive Sourcers act as brand ambassadors, delivering personalised, insight-led engagement that builds trust and drives conversion. While the function is evolving toward greater tech and AI enablement, success today requires curiosity, critical thinking, and comfort working in a hybrid manual-tech sourcing environment.
