DCM Services is seeking a Probate Finder Claims Manager to lead our Estate Claims Specialist team. In this highly visible and impactful role, you will guide, mentor, and develop a skilled team responsible for the filing, handling, and management of estate claims—an essential part of our Probate Finder® service offering. What You’ll Do As our Probate Finder Claims Manager, you’ll: Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team Oversee Estate Claims Specialists, providing coaching, mentoring, and ongoing development. Manage interviews, hiring, performance reviews, and corrective actions as needed. Conduct 1:1 training to expand team expertise and support continued professional growth. Drive Operational Excellence Lead and manage all operational tasks related to estate claim filing and follow-up. Own the review and maintenance of Probate Finder claim forms, collaborating closely with Legal and cross-functional partners. Track billing, costs, and internal reporting with accuracy and accountability. Be a Trusted Subject Matter Expert Represent the business in internal meetings, client conversations, and audits. Participate in priority client initiatives and special projects. Serve as a backup to the Probate Finder Data Manager and cross-train in key responsibilities. Contribute to a Culture of Quality & Compliance Follow information security, privacy, and confidentiality standards. Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and client stakeholders. Requirements What You Bring We’re looking for a confident, engaged leader with: 2–5 years of leadership experience (management or team lead). Proven success in training, mentoring, and developing employees. Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills. Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet critical deadlines. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word (Access a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A mindset of ownership, accountability, and adaptability. Education: High School Diploma/GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
