Establish trusting, working relationships across teams to accomplish critical business objectives Performing area safety audits and submit good catches to keep others safe To be successful, you will need the following skills and experience Ability to effectively communicate, both in writing and verbally Ability to accurately read and interpret instructions to improve area efficiency Demonstrated ability to manage time and priorities in a multi-tasking environment and work with minimal supervision An ability to drive improvement through identifying gaps, troubleshooting basic problems, and resolving root causes. Basic understanding of MS Office, including: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Excel An interest in working in an ever-changing environment where a desire to continuously learn and improve is a requirement The willingness and ability to work any shift, which includes weekends, nights, and holidays The willingness to work overtime as needed or required. Ability to work in a cleanroom or an electro-static discharge (ESD) sensitive environment We strongly prefer a two year Associates degree or higher, a degree including Algebra and English. Exceptions can be made based on appropriate experience.
