Description
Develop and execute short-term production plans to maximize probe output and meet customer delivery commitments even until PSPT level. Monitor and analyze KPIs (Outs, cycle time) and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with Supply Chain, MCT, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to align production plans and mitigate risks. Drive initiatives for cycle time reduction, yield improvement, and cost optimization. Support technology transitions and process diversification (Probe related project, Metallization, probe offload, W2W handling). Develop automation tools and digital solutions to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency. Lead continuous improvement projects impacting customer satisfaction and Probe performance. Communicate effectively with global teams to ensure alignment on output and delivery goals. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related field Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or production planning Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; ability to create reports and dashboards Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and global teams Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) Basic Japanese communication High motivation to improve Knowledge of SIC planning or Probe process Familiarity with automation tools and programming languages (Python, SQL, VBA)
