We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal About this Role We are seeking a Problem Management Coordinator to manage problems and defects across IT applications and systems (software, infrastructure, network) used by Vodafone customers. This role involves initiating and coordinating corrective and preventive technical solutions, ensuring permanent resolution of issues and reducing incidents through proactive analysis and collaboration with technical teams. What you'll do Oversee the development, implementation, or modification of software and hardware projects, applying Agile methodologies. Coordinate technical defect analysis and involve relevant technical teams to identify root causes and implement permanent and temporary solutions. Lead technical project teams to complete outstanding actions within agreed parameters. Provide regular updates, communications, and recommendations on project and investigation status. Initiate and manage projects aimed at reducing incidents through analysis, alert centralisation, and collaboration with technical teams. Who you are Experienced in managing problem tickets, software defects, and IT systems using ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy. Skilled in coordinating sessions with technical teams to identify, document, and resolve problems and defects using methodologies like 5 WHYs and Fishbone. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and general infrastructure services (Office IT), software, hardware, and network applications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English. Proficient in technical project coordination and operational escalation management. Not a perfect fit?
