Description

As a Problem-Solving Expert you will be responsible for manage problems related with quality, cost and time, arising in series production. Develop and make follow-up of error prevention measures Monitor and report production line quality/process indicators Escalation of material problems impacting production Conduct process audits Lead problem-solving team in cases of external/internal customer complaints; Manage problem-solving processes. You are a motivated team player with a self-driven personality. You have an outstanding problem-solving attitude and you are personally committed to the customer's concerns, awarding them a high priority while being able to quickly establish a successful cooperation. You have the passion and the courage to develop new and creative ideas while promoting awareness for quality. University Degree in a technical field Experience in the use of quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5W Analysis, FMEA, SPC, etc.) 6 sigma certification as an advantage Good presentation and communication skills Fluency in Hungarian language and good command of English Backend The backend segments enable the development of comprehensive innovation across the entire value chain: starting with chip manufacturing, to wafer testing, preassembly, package development and development of new materials.
