SUMMARY:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • 5 years Procedure Writing experience
  • Ability to collaborate and understand subject matter
  • Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Technical Documentation a plus
  • Prefer previous Wells Fargo experience
Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to optimize control documentation and procedures within the Credit Cards – Loyalty Solutions and Benefits product area. Specifically, we are looking for someone to do the following:

  • Support review and rewrite of control procedures, in alignment with company policy
  • Enhance procedures to be more thorough and complete by interviewing technology engineers, product managers, and SMEs etc. who are familiar with the controls and procedures
  • Pressure-test new and existing control documents to ensure required components are in place/have adequate detail
  • Manage procedure update lifecycle as it relates to Issue, Exam, project-related deadlines
