We are currently recruiting for Procedures and Compliance Manager, within Resource Planning & Optimization team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be providing high-level support in the development, implementation, and monitoring of organizational procedures and compliance frameworks ensuring they align with the guidance and directives of Manager Crew Resources Procedures and Compliance. This role is designed to assist in maintaining regulatory compliance, driving efficiency in processes, and ensuring operational adherence . Key Accountabilities: • Support in Policy and Procedure Development through drafting, reviewing, and updating organizational to ensure governance compliance, clarity of roles,policies and procedures under the direction of the Senior Manager., and standardized operational • practices. • Ensure consistency and alignment of procedures with organizational objectives, providing • recommendations quarterly or whenever required to support strategic execution and risk mitigation • Support in monitoring compliance with internal policies, external regulatory requirements, and • Organizational standards to uphold regulatory adherence and organizational standards • Prepare detailed compliance reports and escalate findings or issues to Manager Crew Resources • Procedures & Compliance for review and action to enable timely corrective actions and informed • management decisions • Coordinate the activities of the Coordinator and Specialist, ensuring their work supports the objectives set • by Manager Crew Resources Procedures & Compliance to ensure team outputs align with departmental • objectives and compliance priorities • Assist in developing and delivering compliance training programs, ensuring content aligns with the • Regulatory requirements to enhance awareness, capability and adherence across stakeholders • Support initiatives to enhance procedural efficiency and organizational compliance maturity to strengthen • governance framework and operational resilience • Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department Be part of an extraordinary story Your skills. Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 7 years of job-related experience For Qatari Nationals - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent without prior experience Job Specific Skills • Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements. • Proficiency in drafting and supporting procedural documentation. • Ability to oversee team activities while aligning their work to the High Management directives. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to identify compliance risks and recommend preliminary solutions. • High level of integrity and a collaborative mindset. • Willingness to take ownership of delegated tasks while maintaining alignment with the Manager’s overall strategy The roles are full-time and based in Qatar and require on-site presence.
