At Flora Food Group, the P2P Process Lead plays a pivotal role in elevating our global P2P ecosystem across Indirect Procurement, ARIBA workflows, Travel & Expense, Vendor Master Data, and Payments. This role operates in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment—partnering with markets, regional teams, Global Process Owners, and a world‑class BPO team across multiple countries. What This Role Delivers? Driving global P2P performance and operational excellence Responsible for building strong operational capability, improving KPIs, strengthening controls, ensuring policy compliance, and enabling smooth day‑to‑day P2P execution across a multi‑region landscape. Leading continuous improvement & transformation initiatives Accountable for process enhancements in partnership with BPO teams and cross‑functional stakeholders—maintaining accurate process documentation, optimizing workflows, and assessing the impact of change requests across people, processes, and systems. Owning P2P process expertise & governance Acts as the subject‑matter expert across Indirect Procurement, ARIBA PO workflows, Goods Receipt, Travel & Expense, Corporate Cards, and Helpdesk functions, ensuring global alignment with best practices and operational standards. Collaborating across global functions to ensure end‑to‑end process integration Works closely with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning, Treasury, Tax, Master Data, IT, and FSS towers to drive cross‑functional alignment and seamless process connectivity.
