JOB SUMMARY:
In this role, you will be responsible for reporting to the Personnel and Compensation Specialist, Personnel and Compensation Supervisor, Workforce Services Manager, in the payroll process for the benefit of the project, is responsible for performing the functions of labor compensation in construction projects under the Civil Construction Regime and General Regime, working on a project and / or within a Shared Services environment. Interact with the areas of site administration, finance, payroll and the systems development teams. Ensure that activities in the labor compensation process are in compliance with company, site policies/procedures and legal requirements.
