Het Engineering team bij het Bol. Retouren Centrum houdt zich bezig met (warehouse) procesverbeteringen. Zij zijn dagelijks bezig met het o.a. verbeteren van processen, verhogen van recovery (% nieuwstaat), het ondersteunen van kaizens in samenwerking met bol. Dit alles moet worden gedaan met behoud van qualiteit van het proces. Dit resulteert in een gouden driehoek: Recovery, Efficiency en Quality. Het team bestaat uit 1 Logistiek specialist, 3 Engineers en een Team Lead Engineering.
Op het Bol. Retouren Centrum komen alle retourzendingen binnen van onze klant Bol. Ceva logistics beheert dit proces. In het retourencentrum geloven wij dat elk geretourneerd item een zo best mogelijke tweede kans verdient. Dit maakt ons de #1 aanbieder van retourenlogistiek. Een tweede kans komt in verschillende vormen: idealiter zorgen wij er voor dat zoveel mogelijk items terug op voorraad kunnen worden gelegd. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in verschillende methodieken om items in nieuwstaat te krijgen of te behouden. Lukt dit niet? Dan kunnen items als retourdeal worden aangeboden of het wordt gedoneerd aan verschillende doelen.
