About the role:
We are looking for a Process Analyst to analyze, design, and optimize system workflows and business processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and seamless system integration. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to develop structured workflows, technical specifications, and automation strategies that improve operational performance.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
  • Translate requirements into structured technical specifications for development teams.
  • Define system workflows and integration schemes to enhance process efficiency along with workflow configuration.
  • Optimize and document existing processes, ensuring they are scalable and well-integrated across systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define API interactions, system dependencies, and message flows.
  • Support test case development and A/B experiments to validate process changes.
  • Ensure seamless communication between business and technical teams, resolving requirement ambiguities.
