A competitive salary and good compensation and benefit package WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT Your main responsibilities will be: Responsible for identifying, creating and performing test cases As part of scrum team, you are to represent the business in scoping new IT Logistics solutions including customs processes As part of a support function, analyze and resolve system/process issues, including identifying root causes of failures Maintain and expand knowledge of logistics systems to support supply chain optimization Optimize use of logistics applications, identifying and standardizing best practices across 10 different distribution centers Analyze and recommend improvements to logistics operating routines with special focus on customs processes Document and communicate changes to new routines to relevant stakeholders Participate in IT projects representing the business users for further development of logistics systems and processes Test and implement operation-based IT projects in logistics to achieve excellence at distribution centers Represent logistics interests in cross-organizational IT projects You can expect to travel across Europe to our different locations, 15 – 30 days per year WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience within customs clearance and project participation. Proven experience in identifying, creating and performing test cases Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Qualifications: Different backgrounds, within customs clearance and logistics, can be relevant for this position, most important is your proven experience It will be an advantage if you have knowledge about logistics processes and supply change management Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment.
