Join our Commodities and Global Markets Technology Production Assurance Team and play a driving role in modernising our Technology stack through simplification, optimisation and effective risk management practices.

What role will you play?
In this exciting role, you will contribute significantly to the continuous uplift of production stability across all core front office systems and assist with implementing and improving operational processes across the team, including change management. Your focus will include deriving metrics to drive long term fixes to issues as well as identifying and/or developing tools and dashboards for better visibility of the production environment. Identifying opportunities to simplify processes or implement automation initiatives within the change environment will be a key factor to your success in the role.

What you offer

• Demonstrated strong technical problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL
• Proven experience in delivering operational services within a Change, Incident or Problem Management Framework, ideally in a global, complex, cross-functional financial services environment
• Solid conceptual understanding of all levels within the technology stack, including operating systems, databases and applications
• Familiarity with Jira Cloud administration and configuration is an advantage
• Knowledge of Python, VBA scripts and Atlassian ecosystem products is an advantage
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk and Grafana is an advantage.
