John Keells IT takes pride in being a trusted partner for more than 500+ customers spanning 4 continents in making our customers the trend setter in their respective domains powered by our knowledge capital that exceeds 500+ professionals.Job Responsibilities This process is responsible for Processing accounting transactions (Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, General ledger and Fixed assests) on SAP within the given SLAs and accuracy levels Monitorig the work flow Monitoring the SLAs and accuracy levels of the team members Adhering to the checklists and ensure smooth month end accounting closure. Handle Accounts Payable operations, including raising POs and processing payments. Input and process payments accurately in SAP ERP systems. Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions. Ensure adherence to KPIs, internal controls, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment-relate Person Specifications Minimum 6+ months of experience in Finance/Accounting. Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and General Accounting. Following or completed a relevant degree program or professional qualification in CIMA / ACCA / AAT/ CA/ CPA. Proficiency in MS Excel is Mandatory Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory; familiarity with SAP/ERP is preferred. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Sinhala (Tamil an added advantage).
