Job Responsibilities This role is responsible for Categorizing and arranging invoices according to the Finance functions in the system Checking VAT invoices with the IRD regulations Scanning and uploading invoices to the document management system (BPOmate) Scanning and uploading invoices to the supplier portal (SupplierMate) Re-arranging and re-checking the VAT input schedules Handling SupplierMate queries and providing information for system improvementsPerson Specifications

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for categorizing and arranging invoices according to the Finance functions in the system and checking VAT invoices with the IRD regulations. Additional responsibilities include scanning and uploading invoices to the document management system and handling SupplierMate queries.
