Responsibilities

As a Process Automation Intern, you’ll dive into the world of IT controls and compliance behind NN Digital Payments Bank, identifying opportunities to automate manual, rule-based processes using both traditional and cutting-edge technologies. Your mission will be to:

  • Analyze and identify inefficiencies in current IT control processes
  • Design and implement automation solutions using tools like Python, TypeScript, Excel Macros, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Flow
  • Explore and apply Generative AI to enhance automation capabilities
  • Automate tasks such as crawling data from portals, summarizing reports, and managing security documentation lifecycles
  • Deliver tangible value within the first few weeks by deploying impactful solutions
  • Continuously iterate and improve your solutions based on feedback and performance
