JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Analyst to support and drive large-scale process transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process mapping, analysis, and optimization, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and translating business challenges into process solutions.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt) – Required.
• Additional certifications in Business Process Management (BPM), Agile, or Change Management (e.g., Prosci) are a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

• 12+ years of experience in business process analysis, optimization, and large-scale process transformation programs.
• Proven experience applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes in industries such as manufacturing, finance, healthcare, or IT services.
• Strong experience using process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS, Bizagi, Lucidchart).
• Hands-on experience with process automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow automation, BPM tools) is a plus.

TECHNICAL & ANALYTICAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), Minitab, Power BI, Tableau, SQL.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills to interpret process performance data and drive data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of business process modelling and notation (BPMN) frameworks.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to lead workshops, drive discussions, and influence decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams.
• Familiarity with process automation, robotic process automation (RPA), or AI-driven process improvements.
• Experience working in a regulated industry (real estate, finance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
