You’ll help refine workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and assist in implementing practical changes that make daily work more efficient. You’ll also help maintain consistency and accuracy in key operational activities while collaborating with teams to ensure changes are well-understood and smoothly adopted. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Support company-wide improvement and change initiatives. • Analyse and document workflows, helping implement process enhancements. • Maintain and update process documents, SOPs, and simple progress reports. • Help monitor operational activities to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Coordinate with teams to facilitate adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. ⸻ About You • 2–4 years’ experience in process improvement, change management, or business operations. • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills. • Good writing skills and attention to detail. • Tech-comfortable (e.g., Google Workspace, Monday.com, or similar). • Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn how different teams work together.
