Production Supervisors are: Resilient Detail oriented Ambitious Demonstrate high integrity Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experience Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends Bachelor's Degree Safety and quality experience Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified Knowledge of constraint management principles Prior experience managing a unionized workforce
