We are currently reinforcing our Danieli Advisory and Commissioning Team.
Location: Approximately 75% of the activity is carried out on-site (worldwide) to follow start-up and performance activities (up to 3 months/trip, typically 2 months/trip).

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Engineering or Technical Degree, preferably Mechanical or Chemical
• Problem-solving approach
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Fluency in languages different from Italian and English (plus)
• Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel. RStudio is a plus

SOFT SKILLS

• Team working

• Excellent organizational skills and goal-oriented work approach
• Willingness to travel for site visits, client meetings, and supplier visits.

• Energy and material balances technical assessment
• Participate in Automation Factory Acceptance Test, for verification and simulation of machine and process operation
• Fill in the process project report, verifying if the reported non-compliances are repeated and if the plant performances are carried out as expected.
• Collect data from customers to ensure product development, improvement, and standardization (machines, processes, consumption, spaces, flows).
• Report to the UT/Purchasing Department/Workshops, etc. necessary improvements highlighted in the start-up and testing phases
• Process set up to achieve performance values
• Process issues troubleshooting
