Process Design & Development Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Design workflows, equipment layouts, and process flow diagrams (PFDs). Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime. Ensure processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs). Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals. Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration). Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, cost management, and regulatory compliance. Experience with dual sourcing and cost competitiveness strategies.
