Description
Follow predefined steps to maintain systems needed for Airborne Molecular Contamination (AMC) data collection. General understanding and maintenance of AMC detection control equipment and related processes. Regularly monitor and react to AMC charts for production wafer carriers. Monitor Nitrogen Purged Standard Bin performance through the dashboard and Fault Detection Control (FDC). Identify systems gap through data analysis and eliminate weak points. Monitor AMC levels during FOUP washing and analyze the data. Perform regular maintenance on tools, processes, and the recipe management system, with a focus on AMC control tools. Monitor data trends and respond to out-of-control situations with an understanding of basic Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts and internal area reaction mechanisms. Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic software experience with data analysis and visualization tools like excel, or Tableau or JMP. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience creating basic dashboards from provided data sources. Knowledge of one programming language is a plus but not required.
