We’re looking for a detail-oriented Process & Continuous Improvement Engineer to help us optimize our operations and maintain our competitive edge.
JOB SUMMARY
The Process & Continuous Improvement Engineer will be a key member of the operations team, responsible for analysing, designing, and improving our manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. This role involves applying lean manufacturing principles and data-driven methodologies to identify and solve operational challenges, ensuring our automated factory operates at peak performance. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem-solver with a passion for efficiency and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement.

· You will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce scrap, and improve product quality.
· Drive the company’s continuous improvement initiatives by applying proven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to streamline workflows, reduce cycle times, and lower operational costs.
· Utilize operational data to analyse process performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement the necessary controls to achieve consistently stable manufacturing processes.
· Systematically investigate and resolve the root causes of production issues and quality defects to prevent recurrence and ensure operational stability.
· Take a significant role in managing projects from concept to completion, including researching and innovating new processes, and assisting with the integration of new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
· Work closely with production, maintenance, quality control, and engineering to ensure alignment and smooth implementation of all new processes and practices.
· Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment to enhance automation and efficiency.
· Be responsible for creating and delivering training on new processes and standard operating procedures, while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation for all process improvements.
· Act as a champion for safety, ensuring all process innovations and operational changes adhere to company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
· Physically capable of performing job duties, including standing, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 25lbs.
